1. Stop Smoking.
2. Pay extra attention to your diet.
3. Take vitamins and mineral supplements.
4. Avoid Alcohol.
5. 30 minutes of moderate exercise every day.
6. If you are big on home improvement (ie painting, laying carpets, etc), try to avoid doing this as you will want to minimize exposure to toxic chemicals.
