While a woman is born with all the eggs she’ll ever have, men produce sperm on a continual basis. Therefore, what a man does on a daily basis can affect the sperm maturation process.
Smoking, drinking, drugs, stress, poor nutrition and lack of exercise all can contribute to poor sperm quality. And, it was recently discovered, a man’s sperm quality begins to decline around the age of 25.
There are five main factors that contribute to overall sperm quality. They include sperm motility, speed, count, concentration and morphology (shape and size)……

Quite a few of you have asked us what are some good tips on what you need to do in order to have a healthy pregnancy. Well we found a great article on the subject and added it to our website.. which you can read more in depth on our website. Here are the 7 tips however for those of you who must have them now! 
1. Stop Smoking.
2. Pay extra attention to your diet.
3. Take vitamins and mineral supplements.
4. Avoid Alcohol.
5. 30 minutes of moderate exercise every day.
6. If you are big on home improvement (ie painting, laying carpets, etc), try to avoid doing this as you will want to minimize exposure to toxic chemicals.
7. RELAX!
